This analysis was completed to determine the benefits versus the cost using the PACER to clean an entire system. The analysis answered the question..."What were the economic benefits of having a disciplined preventative maintenance program using the PACER?" This company had previously determined that the PACER was less expensive than conventional cleaning methods and that shut-ins for anything other than repairs was prohibitive.
