FIELD DEHYDRATION UNIT CLEAN-UP RESULTS

The following are aggregated results from glycol purification and clean-up of 13 field dehydration units that comprised a single gathering system. By cleaning the entire system, the customer realized greater benefits and improved efficiency throughout.

• 53% less filter usage
• 10% less burner fuel usage
• 61% reduction in dew points
• 80% reduction in glycol make-up requirements
• 70% reduction in pump maintenance and replacement

After the field dehydration systems were cleaned by Cimarron's PACER, customers realized reduced pump stroke rates which resulted in more fuel savings and less pump maintenance. Burners that were on 24/7 operation now cycle on and off. Less filter usage also resulted in additional cost savings.
